Free spins and additional promotions

Unless an individual bonus sets different conditions, our default maximum stake while wagering a bonus is 10 EUR or equivalent. Sports freebets

Our Sports Freebet Bonus covers three consecutive deposits. The first carries a freebet of 15% of the deposit, the second 20% and the third 25%, up to 100 USD per deposit, with a minimum deposit of 20 USD.

We credit the freebet in the Bonus section. To use it, switch the bonus toggle on manually in your Profile within 2 weeks of its becoming available. Use the full freebet balance in one bet at odds from 1.8 to 3.5. If it wins, we credit the return to your real balance without the freebet stake. Only one freebet may be active at a time. Daily cashback

Our daily cashback is 20% of GGR. We calculate GGR as total bets excluding bonus bets minus total wins excluding bonus wins. Cashback can be received once a day, carries x3 casino wagering and a maximum bet of 100 USD or local-currency equivalent, applies to games eligible for bonus wagering, and must be wagered on the next day of activity. Each daily cashback payment is subject to a maximum bonus amount.

Balances, eligibility and game rules

With a deposit bonus attached, all funds are locked until its wagering requirement is met. We use deposit funds before bonus funds and treat winnings from play with the attached bonus as bonus funds. To withdraw bonus-derived winnings, you must complete wagering and deposit through the intended withdrawal method. We review those requests and may ask you to confirm personal and payment details. If you continue playing after depositing for that withdrawal, the new deposit is used first. Should the balance fall to the value of the bonus funds or below, the relevant bonus withdrawal cap applies.

Only one bonus can be activated at any one time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. You may refuse a bonus. Country restrictions can prevent availability, and bonuses are unavailable to players from Sweden. We limit offers to one bonus per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit or debit card, e-wallet number, payment-system account or electronic device. With an active bonus, excluded titles include Book of Dead, Dead or Alive, Reactoonz and Razor Shark, alongside all jackpot slots and all EGT and Playson slots. Other games with bonus mechanics or high volatility may also be excluded. Table games, live dealer games, classic slots and video poker contribute 5% of the stake towards wagering. We prohibit strategies used to fulfil wagering requirements by delaying rounds or bonus features, leaving table bets until wagering ends, building game value with bonus funds for later cash play or exploiting software faults. New deposits are also prohibited while free-spin or bonus features remain available in a game. Misuse may result in revoked or voided winnings, exclusion from bonuses, cancellation during or after wagering, or confiscation of funds obtained unfairly.

Sports and bet acceptance

We may refuse all or part of a bet without giving a reason and refund the stake on any unaccepted portion. Before an event starts, we may cancel an accepted bet without giving a reason. After the start, including after settlement, cancellation requires a valid reason. Examples include a palpable error, attempts to bypass limits, information determining an outcome, related bets, a connection to event participants or a technical error. For a suspected fixed event, we may settle or void bets following the verdict of relevant authorities.

If service is interrupted during placement, we check matters including available funds and price before accepting or rejecting the submission. When service returns, confirm acceptance in your betting history. We may also void bets accepted at materially incorrect odds because of human or system error, including an affected bet accepted after an event began.

Odds, stakes and returns

We truncate visible odds to two decimal digits, round calculated total odds to a sixth decimal digit and truncate winning amounts to the second decimal digit. We set stakes for each selection, and limits may change without notice. Where accumulator legs have different maximum stakes, the lowest applies.

Our minimum single-selection stake is $0.30 or €0.20. The maximum return is €50,000 or equivalent per bet. We may void correctly predicted repeated bets on the same outcome or outcome combination at different odds when their aggregate stakes exceed the applicable limit, settling them at odds of 1.00.

Event settlement

We settle a market once its outcome is determined and may void outright bets placed after an official outcome is published. For an incomplete match decided by an official announcement, we may settle accordingly, excluding player-specials markets. If the announcement comes more than 48 hours after the match and undecided bets have already been voided, that void settlement stands.

For a postponed event, we may keep bets valid if it starts within 48 hours of its official start. Otherwise we may void the bets and refund stakes. If an abandoned event resumes within 48 hours of its official start, we may retain the bets. If it does not, we settle determined on-field markets and refund undecided ones, while retaining discretion to void all bets and refund stakes. Qualification markets on a postponed or abandoned match require rescheduling within 48 hours to stand. In a two-leg event, only the affected leg is voided under that rule, while qualification outrights remain open until decided.

Sport-specific timing

Our tennis bets remain open until officials declare a winner, without the 48 hours rule. Retirement, injury, illness, personal circumstance, adult decision, walkover, disqualification or abandonment leaves determined markets settled and undecided markets void. A retirement before the last point voids match-winner bets but does not undo already determined set or game markets.

For MLB and other baseball leagues, NHL and NBA, an event that does not start or resumes after its announced local-calendar day has undecided bets voided and determined markets settled. NFL and MLS are excluded from that same-day rule. For NFL and other American football, an abandoned or postponed game must continue within its Thursday-to-Wednesday stadium-local weekly schedule or all markets are void.

Video review and result corrections

We void bets placed between an incident and a contrary final VAR decision that changes the understood match state, unless the offered odds were unaffected or had already accounted for that decision. We may reverse an inaccurate settlement if the final decision is communicated before the match or listed timeframe ends. Posted results become final after 72 hours, with corrections within that period limited to human, system or result-source errors, while the maximum interval between betslip settlement and a potential re-settlement is 30 days.

Our deposits and withdrawals

Deposits

We provide multiple deposit and withdrawal options, although we may restrict methods or suggest bank transfers. Deposits must come from an account, payment system or credit card registered in your own name. Available currencies depend on the service and payment method. Where conversion is needed, we use a daily reference exchange rate or the prevailing rate of our bank or processor. A processing currency and calculator are displayed where a method does not process the selected currency.

Payment systems may deduct conversion fees, and charges may apply to deposits or withdrawals. We usually absorb deposit transaction fees, but you remain responsible for your own bank charges. A third party processes card deposits, which are credited only after the card issuer approves and authorises them.

Moving money between payment systems, or depositing and requesting withdrawal without betting, results in the funds being returned to the account. Transactions through another person's wallet may be treated as fraudulent. We may withhold reimbursement of service charges usually refunded in certain cases. Payment verification may block an account for up to 180 days. Player funds are not bank deposits, are not covered by deposit insurance and earn no interest. Suspicious transactions may be reported. Chargebacks, denials or reversals require reimbursement and may each incur an administration fee of €50 or equivalent.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawal requests 24/7. Full KYC is compulsory for a withdrawal of any amount or a suspicious transaction. We may restrict services or payments until identity is sufficiently established and request photo ID, address evidence, a selfie or a verification call before withdrawal or at other times. Request processing is distinct from receipt of funds.

Payments above the daily limit require operator verification. In some cases we may pay by instalments. Our x1 platform wager requires bets totalling the deposit at minimum odds of 1.1. Minimal bets on opposing outcomes do not count. If the requirement remains unmet, we may cancel the withdrawal request while the funds stay in your account.

Withdrawals must use the same payment method and details as deposits. Where you deposited through several methods, withdrawals should reflect the deposited amounts proportionately, and payment details must belong to the account holder. At our discretion, another method may be permitted after additional security checks. Our Security Service may decline requests involving e-payment deposits, amounts inconsistent with betting activity, misuse or failure to follow the rules.

Account access

Our interface includes Login and Register, with phone, email and social sign-in options, plus an app installation option. Each customer is limited to one account. We also allow only one registration per family, address, email address, IP address, card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Identity checks

Our full KYC process requires basic personal details, government-issued photo ID showing both sides where needed, a selfie holding that same ID, and a bank statement or utility bill. We may ask for address evidence, including utility receipts no older than 3 months, as well as further documents, a video conference or documents sent by post.

We may suspend payments or account functions pending verification. Document verification can take up to 72 hours after we receive the documents, and a video-conference result can take up to 5 working days after the conference. False information or refusal to verify may lead to cancelled bets, suspended transactions or frozen funds while identity and deposit methods are confirmed.
